Introducing LoFat's Point System

The LoFat Points System is another way of counting calories, but it's easier because instead of counting calories you count points. The points at LoFat are calculated based upon the serving size and number of calories. The more calories a food have the more points its worth. You are allocated a number of points per day based on your current weight and how much you want to lose. For example in order to lose weight an average female should be consuming roughly 16 points per day. For an average male to lose weight they consume roughly around 20 points per day.

The table below is an example of how you can distribute your daily points based on a daily intake of 16 points:
